Objectives

The project aims at
  1. Provoking discussion beyond the typical divisions in our society: Not just in the academic elite, nor the business elite, nor solely the "working force" - but among everyone involved in leadership in the society (which is all of us)
  2. Building a clearer understanding of why we constantly under-perform as a society to put in practice what we (at least on some level and form) already know about leadership
  3. Kicking off a process of actually doing something about it: Building gradual, tangible change in leadership education (schools, universities and real-life leadership academies) and incentive mechanisms (businesses and other organisations where leadership happens every day)

Methods

What is this project?
  • An independent exploration of the institution and practical embodiment of leadership, based on the author's passion to dig deeper into what is going on in the world
  • A multi-channel project aiming at provoking productive discussion and making different voices/viewpoints on leadership heard
  • A pilot project in one woman’s life mission

What is this project NOT?
  • An academic research
  • An effort to enable people to hate their bosses (even more) and get validation for their dissatisfaction. In this project, hardly anyone can escape from being identified as a subject – not only an object – of leadership
