Kicking off a process of actually doing something about it: Building gradual, tangible change in leadership education (schools, universities and real-life leadership academies) and incentive mechanisms (businesses and other organisations where leadership happens every day)

An independent exploration of the institution and practical embodiment of leadership, based on the author's passion to dig deeper into what is going on in the world

What is this project NOT?
An academic research
An effort to enable people to hate their bosses (even more) and get validation for their dissatisfaction. In this project, hardly anyone can escape from being identified as a subject – not only an object – of leadership
